The Management of Giraldes Metallurgic S.A.I.C.F. (Commercial, industrial and financial corporation) for the development of their activities of “Fabrication, repairs and sales of metal-mechanics for the general industry, in agreement to the specifications of the client”.
Has established the next Policy of Quality:
- Accomplish the requirements of the client, the legal, normative and any other applicable requirement.
- Understand the necessities and expectations from the present and future of the clients, managing in an active way the relationship to accomplish the continued success.
- Promote the collaboration in the whole organisation, encouraging the shared knowledge and experience.
- Encouraging a compromise with the quality within the whole organisation.
- Promote the implementation of the continued improvement of the System of Quality Management.
- Promote the work in teams, motivating the dialogue and the participation of the personnel.
- Establish and maintain relationships mutually beneficial with our providers and other interested parties.
This Policy will be revised periodically to verify it continues adequation to the purpose and context of the organisation, and will be available for our Personnel, our Clients and Providers, and other interested pertinent parties.
The Management compromises to provide the necessary resources for this Policy of Quality to be understood, implemented and maintained by the whole personnel.
